Managing Editing Permissions for Menu Sets

You can manage facility access for viewing and editing Menu Sets and Special Occasion Menus. This prevents staff from deleting a menu or making edits in error.

Note

You must have the Company Menu Manager role to manage editing permissions.

If a facility is not selected for a menu,

  • only staff with the Company Menu Manager role can access and edit the menu.

  • staff without the Company Menu Manager role can copy, schedule, or print the menu.

  1. Menus > Menu Builder.

  2. Next to the Menu Set, click the Display Menu arrow and select Manage Editing Permissions.

  3. Select 1 or more facilities.
