Managing Highlighting

This screen contains configuration settings for Report Setup for Highlighting. You can apply highlighting to textures, special diets, adaptive equipment, and resident alerts, to appear on select reports:

  • Tray Cards

  • Meal Distribution Report

  • Batch Tickets (Laser Printer Only) (if Menus is enabled)

  • Selective Menus (if Menus is enabled)

There are 8 preset that match the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) framework, with an option to select from a full selector. This allows you to highlight specific items to stand out on the reports. You must use a laser printer to see the highlighting on the reports.

  1. Facility Setup > Report Setup > Highlighting.

  2. Select report(s).

  • Select Highlighting - Select the tab and item to assign highlighting to the selected report(s).

  • The IDDSI Legend shows a photo of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative's framework.
