Menu Nutritional Analysis Report 

The Menu Nutritional Analysis Report provides nutrient totals and averages calculated from the main choice menu items of the selected therapeutic menu(s). You can run this report for a single meal, day, week, or all weeks of a menu set, allowing you to verify the planned menu meets nutritional regulations, or to provide a report for surveyors.

You can run a summary format of the Menu Nutritional Analysis report to view menu set nutrient averages and determine if a therapeutic menu needs changes to meet nutrient regulations.

    • Reports > Nutrient Analysis > Menu Nutritional Analysis Report.

    • Menus > Menu Builder > Display Menu > Print > Menu Nutritional Analysis Report.

  2. Select the report options as required.

  3. Click Print Details or Print Summary.

    Note

    Print Summary is available when you select more than 1 Therapeutic Menu, All Weeks, and All Days.

  • You can run the Menu Nutritional Analysis Report from the nutritional summary found above the Regular or Therapeutic Menu panel in the menu entry screen. Nutrient Analysis of M Choices must be enabled in Menu Builder to run the report.
