Using the PointClickCare Help
PointClickCare includes a self service Help . The Help is organized by module and provides help information for every module in PointClickCare. The search provides results within your line of business.
The Help includes information about your tasks and other content to help you effectively use PointClickCare.
Use the Search to find specific content. For example, to find Quick Reference Guides, search for quick reference. The search results include about 100 of the first characters of each topic to help you decide which topic is right for you. If your search term occurs in those characters, it is also highlighted.
You can find videos in multiple ways to help you.
Locate the section titled Using PointClickCare: Videos. These videos are organized by modules in PointClickCare. You also see Video Only in the title of these topics when you search. Click the topic(s) you want to see a video for.
When searching for content, any topics with a video include a small video icon at the end of the title
.
The best Help experience occurs in the current versions of all browsers. Previous versions of browsers may not provide all features of the Help .
Note
The Help includes detailed help files with procedures, hints and tips, instructional and troubleshooting videos, and quick reference guides.
Click the Resource Hub.
Select Support Me.
Search for a topic then click the topic you want to view and read.
Note
In some pop-up windows, you can click the question mark icon to access the specific help topic.
Click PointClickCare in the upper left to return to the help home page.
Print any topic by using the Print icon in the upper right of the page.
Click Next and Previous to move through help topics.
