Managing Order Search
You can track meal orders placed for all residents or filter on select residents. You can select meal orders to view, void, repeat, modify, mark as not eaten, and reprint from the Order Summary screen.
Menus > Order Manager > Order Search.
Delivery Date - Change the meal order date if applicable. Click Clear to see all meal orders.
Resident Name, ID, or Ticket # - You can filter for a specific resident by typing the name, ID, or ticket number.
Meal - Select option.
Kitchen - Select option.
Unit - Select option.
Order Status - Select option.
Meal Type - Select option.
Order Method - Select option.
Tray Tracking - Select option.
My Orders Only - Select to show only meal orders you placed.
Select Orders to Void - Select to view check boxes beside each order. Select 1 or more check boxes and click Void Order(s).
Only show multiple orders - Select to show only duplicate orders.

Appears when there are 2 or more duplicate orders.
Void All Orders - Allows you to void all orders in the filtered list at the same time. For example, you run the Auto Suggest & Place Order multiple times for the same meal and you need to void duplicate orders.
Resident Name - Click on resident's name to view the Order Summary. From Order Summary you can do one of the following:
Void Order - Voids meal order.
Repeat Order - Opens the meal ordering screen. You can order the same meal for another day when the menu items are offered.
Modify - Opens the meal ordering screen. You can modify the meal order.
Not Eaten - You can select this after the meal delivery time has passed if the resident did not eat their meal.
Print Status - Opens the Print Jobs screen with error messages for you to troubleshoot, if there is a print problem. You can reprint the meal ticket after the issue is resolved.
Reprint Ticket to Thermal - Resubmits the meal ticket to the thermal printer.
Reprint Ticket to PDF - Generates a PDF document to send to printer.
