Managing Resident Programs

In addition to the Regular program, you can create Resident Programs to manage dietary details for residents at your facility who participate in programs like Adult Day Care, Meals on Wheels, and so on. You can also define whether these programs require a bed assignment or not.

  1. Facility Setup > Resident Programs.

  • If Diet Order Integration is enabled in your facility, you can disable the integration for a select Resident Program. This is helpful if you maintain a program in Nutrition Management that is not integrated with the PointClickCare Electronic Health Record, for which you perform manual ADT. For example, Adult Day Care or Meals on Wheels.
