Managing Resident Search

You can search for a resident, place a meal order for Select or Non Select residents, view meal status, view order summary, and add and edit dislikes.

Menus > Order Manager > Resident Search.
Select the filters as required.
Complete the fields as required.

Search For - Enter resident's first or last name.
Status - The B, L, and D meal icons change based on Order Status. You can click the B, L, and D meal icons to view the Order Summary if the meal order icon is green, yellow, or red.
Note
The meal icon letters are based on Facility Setup > Meal Name Setup > Short Name.
- Grey - Meal order is not placed.
- Green - Meal order is placed.
- Red - Resident refused the meal.
- Yellow - Meal order is on hold due to change in diet order or contains unsuitable menu items. You can review held reason in the Order Summary.
S or NS - Indicates resident is either Select or Non Select.
Meals on Hold (if applicable) - Indicates the resident's meal(s) are on hold.
Scheduled Hold (if applicable) - Indicates the resident has a custom hold meal schedule.
Resident Name, Unit, Room, Bed, and Dining Area - Click in these areas to go to Meal Ordering.
People or List - Select option. Click Add/Edit Dislikes or Calorie Count. For more information, see Managing Dislikes and Completing a Resident Calorie Count.
